Responsibilities

  • Report to all shifts on time and in uniform, maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times.
  • Set up and break down the bar area, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are prepared for service.
  • Manage bar operations and customer orders during events, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and co-workers to ensure satisfaction and smooth operation.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, guests, and co-workers.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a focus on bar operations, quality, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, staying flexible with job duties and schedules.
  • Required: 2 years of related barback experience.
  • Certificate of completion of alcohol awareness training (e.g., Tips or ServSafe) is a plus.
