Responsibilities
- Report to all shifts on time and in uniform, maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times.
- Set up and break down coffee stations, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are prepared for service.
- Manage coffee preparation and customer orders at events, ensuring a seamless coffee experience for guests.
- Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and co-workers to ensure satisfaction and smooth operation.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, guests, and co-workers.
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on beverage preparation, quality, and adherence to guidelines.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, staying flexible with job duties and schedules.
- Required: 2 years of related barista experience.
- Certificate of completion of alcohol awareness training (e.g., Tips or ServSafe) is a plus.
