Responsibilities
- Report to all assignments on time and in uniform, ensuring a professional and polished appearance at all times.
- Set up and break down dining areas, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are in place for smooth service.
- Assist in managing the dining area during meal services and events, ensuring cleanliness and organization for a seamless guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and guests to ensure satisfaction and a smooth flow of operations.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, guests, and co-workers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and assisting with food presentation to meet quality standards.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, staying flexible with tasks and schedules as needed to support smooth operations.
- Certificate of completion of alcohol awareness training (e.g., Tips or ServSafe) is a plus.
