Responsibilities
- Report to all assignments on time, in uniform, ensuring a professional and polished appearance at all times.
- Oversee kitchen station setup and breakdown, ensuring all necessary equipment and ingredients are ready for service.
- Manage kitchen staff assignments during meal services and events, ensuring seamless and high-quality execution of dishes.
- Communicate effectively with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams to ensure coordination, smooth operation, and an exceptional dining experience.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact effectively with kitchen staff, management, and guests, ensuring a smooth operation.
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on food quality, presentation, and consistency in meeting culinary standards.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, staying flexible with kitchen duties, schedules, and service requirements.
- Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) is essential; additional certifications or training in alcohol awareness are a plus.
