Responsibilities

Report to all assignments on time and in uniform, ensuring a professional and polished appearance at all times.
Set up and break down kitchen stations, ensuring all necessary equipment and ingredients are prepared for service.
Manage working assignments at buffets, banquets, and outdoor events, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and co-workers to ensure satisfaction and smooth operation.

Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, guests, and co-workers.
Must be detail-oriented with a focus on food presentation, quality, and adherence to guidelines.
Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, staying flexible with job duties and schedules.
Required: 2 years of related culinary experience.
Certificate of completion of alcohol awareness training (e.g., Tips or ServSafe) is a plus.
