Responsibilities
- Report to all assignments on time and in uniform, ensuring a professional and polished appearance at all times.
- Set up and break down kitchen stations, ensuring all necessary equipment and ingredients are prepared for service.
- Manage working assignments during meal services and events, ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams to ensure coordination and smooth operation.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, guests, and co-workers.
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on food presentation, quality, and adherence to guidelines.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, staying flexible with job duties and schedules.
- Certificate of completion of alcohol awareness training (e.g., Tips or ServSafe) is a plus.
